Looking back northwards up the coast to Cemaes Head

Like all coast paths, there are plenty of steep ascents and descents along here.

Although it is the end of May there are still bluebells in flower here.

The path often goes up through banks of flowers.

Near the end of our walk - Newport Bay comes into sight, backed by Carn Ingli.

The final stretch of the walk leads onto Newport Sands.
