WHITBY ABBEY

Bram Stoker sat on the cliffs to the west of Whitby, looking at the view of the ruined abbey on the opposite headland. He was inspired to write his classic novel 'Dracula' in which the Count arrives in England at the ruins. The abbey still looks spooky today....
